LKG Application Form

Kindly submit the filled application form at the School Main Gate on 16 January 2019 and 17 January 2019 (Timings: 10:30 a.m to 4:00 p.m).
Result photocopy of the Mid Term Assessment as well as a self-attested photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation (within three months of the birth of your child) is mandatory to be attached while submitting the application form. The form will not be accepted /considered without it.
Submission of form carries NO CHARGES.
