Admission Notice (2023-24)

  • For Classes Nursery, L.KG, U.KG and 1st ‘Application Form’ will be available from 09:30 a.m. of 01 December 2022 till 12:00 midnight of 15 December 2022 on the
    school website.
  • Documents mandatory while filling the Application form:
    • Self-attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation (within three months after birth of your child).
    • Recent passport size colour photograph of the Child, Mother and Father.
    • Photocopy of Latest Assessment (for classes L.KG, U.KG and 1st).
    • Photocopy of Aadhar Card of Child, Mother and Father.

NURSERY

Born Between: 1 April 2020 to 30 Sep 2020
Age: 2.6 years to 3 years (as on 31 Mar 2023)

L.KG

Born Between: 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020
Age: 3+ to 4 Years (as on 31 Mar 2023)

U.KG

Born Between: 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019
Age: 4+ to 5 Years (as on 31 Mar 2023)

I

Born Between: 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018
Age: 5+ to 6 Years (as on 31 Mar 2023)

Instructions:

  1. Application form is not a guarantee for registration/admission.
  2. This form will only be considered for shortlisting applications.
  3. Only one application form will be accepted for one applicant. More than one registration will lead to DISQUALIFICATION.
  4. Once the application form is submitted, no changes in the entries will be entertained thereafter.
  5. Submission of form carries NO CHARGES.

Offline Process

Step 1: You can download the Application form from 09:30 a.m. of 01 December 2022 till 12:00 midnight of 15 December 2022.
Step 2: The form should be filled in by the parents in their own handwriting.
Step 3: Along with the form, the below mentioned documents should also be attached.

  • Self-attested photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation (within three months after birth of your child).
  • Recent passport size, coloured photograph of the Child, Mother & Father.
  • Photocopy of latest assessment (for classes L.KG,U.KG and 1st)

Step 4: Submit the filled application form from 01 December 2022 to 15 December 2022 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the School main gate.

Online Process

Step1: You can fill in the Application form from 09:30 a.m. of 01 December 2022 till 12:00 midnight of 15 December 2022, by clicking on the ‘Click here’ button under the respective classes.
Step 2: Fill in each field of the form carefully. Do not leave any field blank.
Step 3: Along with the form, the below mentioned documents should also be attached.
  • Self-attested photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation (within three months after birth of your child).
  • Recent passport size, coloured photograph of the Child, Mother & Father (in jpg/png format, Image size less than 200 KB).
  • Latest assessment (for classes L.KG, U.KG and 1st).
Step 4: After completing the Application form, click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button. A Unique Form Number will be generated. Take a print out/ screenshot for safekeeping and quote this Unique Form Number for all further correspondence with the school.
Note : All the documents are mandatory to submit with the form.
