Documents mandatory while filling the Application form:
- Self-attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation (within three months of the birth of the Child).
- Recent passport size colour photograph of the Child, Mother and Father.
- Photocopy of Latest Assessment (for classes L.KG, U.KG and 1st).
- Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of Child, Mother and Father.
