For Classes Nursery, L.KG, U.KG and 1st ‘Application Form’ will be available from 08:00 a.m. of 15 November 2024 till 12:00 midnight of 30 November 2024 on the
school website.
Documents mandatory while filling the Application form:
- Self-attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation (within three months of the birth of the Child).
- Recent passport size colour photograph of the Child, Mother and Father.
- Photocopy of Latest Assessment (for classes L.KG, U.KG and 1st).
- Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of Child, Mother and Father.

NURSERY

Minimum age should be 2 years 8 months
and above as on 31 March 2025

L.KG

Minimum age should be 3 years 8 months
and above as on 31 March 2025

U.KG

Minimum age should be 4 years 8 months
and above as on 31 March 2025

Minimum age should be 5 years 8 months
and above as on 31 March 2025
